Endlich ist der Starttermin für die Mac-Version des MMORPGs „Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning“ veröffentlicht worden. Einer Presseinformation zufolge geht es am 28. Oktober offiziell los:
„We’re incredibly excited to bring Warhammer Online and its enthralling Realm vs. Realm combat to the Mac community,“ said Jeff Hickman, Executive Producer of Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning. „Come October 28th, the sides of Order and Destruction will be bolsters by a fresh recruit of Mac gamers experiencing for the first time exactly what we mean when we say that ‚WAR is everywhere!'“

Damit ist klar, dass Warhammer Online nicht auf der PowerPC-Plattform läuft. Auch Intel-Macs ohne separate Grafikkarte, die lediglich mit Intels integrierten Grafikchips (GMA) arbeiten, sind vom Spiel ausgenommen.
